- CEO is responsible for Customer Excellence
- Heads of Marketing and Technology departments are responsible for Commercial Excellence
- Head of HR department is responsible for Employer Excellence
- Head of Operations department is responsible for Operational Excellence including SOTOS
- Head of Finance department is responsible for Financial Excellence
