You can approach the Lost and Found Officer at Darb Al-Watan stations immediately after your trip to get assistance.

You can contact the call center immediately after your trip to get help at 8003040155.
We will do our best to help you find your lost luggage! If we find your luggage and do not receive any response from you, we will store it at Darb Al-Watan for one month only.
