Lost & Found

When losing your luggage On board a Darb Alwatan bus please do as follows:

Alternative 1: If you have arrived at the Buridah, Dammam, Jubail or Riyadh Bus station:

• Please contact the Darb Alwatan Station Team Leader within 30 minutes after your arrival time and you will get on-site assistance.

Alternative 2: If you have arrived at the Buridah, Dammam, Jubail or Riyadh Bus station and you can’t locate the Station Team Leader:

• Please contact Darb Alwatan Customer Call Centre within 30 minutes after your arrival time and you will get personal assistance.
• Call at +966 8003040155 and be ready to give or send your luggage tag and/or your ticket. This to be able to track your lost item.

Alternative 3: If you have arrived at another Bus station or Bus stop than mentioned above:

• Please contact Darb Alwatan Customer Call Centre within 30 minutes after your arrival time and you will get personal assistance. • Call at +966 8003040155 and be ready to give or send your luggage tag and/or your ticket. This to be able to track your lost item.

We will do our best to assist you finding your lost luggage! If we have found your luggage without any answers from your side we will only storage your luggage with Darb Alwatan for a period of one month.
