All passengers are allowed free of charge allowance of 75kg for full ticket (including hand baggage) and 35kg for half fare (children from 2 to 11 years old inclusive) subject to the following:

Luggage pieces which exceed the permitted dimensions or the permitted quantities may attract excess charges and are carried only at the discretion of the Darb Alwatan officials having regard to the carrying capacity of the vehicle and the expected load factor.

Unduly bulky luggage that, in the opinion of Darb Alwatan officials, will cause undue inconvenience or any undue impediment to the smooth running of the trip will not be conveyed.

The time specified for stopping at the Miqat for Ihram passengers is from (20) to (30) minutes as a maximum according to the solvency of the bus.
