Yes. The ticket may be changed up to two hours before departure. A 10% change fee applies.
How does a Flexible Fare refund work?
A refund may be requested up to two hours before departure. Refunds are subject to a 50% fee.
Can I receive a refund for a Standard Fare ticket?
No. Standard Fare tickets are non-refundable. If you require a refund option, select the Flexible Fare when booking.
What is the change deadline for a Standard Fare ticket?
The ticket may be changed up to 24 hours before departure. A 10% change fee applies.
Can I change a Super Saver ticket?
No. Super Saver tickets cannot be changed or refunded.
What baggage allowance is included with each fare?
Super Saver Fare includes up to 45 kg of checked baggage, Standard Fare includes up to 60 kg, and Flexible Fare includes up to 75 kg. Each ticket also includes one carry-on bag weighing up to 7 kg.

We recommend the Flexible Fare. It allows changes and refunds up to two hours before departure and includes the highest baggage allowance. A 10% change fee applies, and refunds are subject to a 50% fee.
