Please be sure to arrive at the terminal, bus station or agent office 30 minutes before your trip departure time.

Travel Documents:

Make sure you carry all the necessary documentation with you while using one of the Darb Alwatan buses.

Saudis and GCC nationals:

1. Carry the original ID card.
2. Carry the original family book for the companions.
3. Bring the original student identification letter or a valid student card to benefit from the offers.
4. Bring the original social affairs card for people with special needs (inside the Kingdom only).
5. It is not allowed to travel with a passport companion without the passport holder's travel.

For non-GCC nationals:

Carry the original legal residence or passport with a valid visa for visitors.

Children's Travel:

1. Children under 12 years old are issued a half-board ticket.
2. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to travel alone on the bus.
3. Those between the ages of 13 and 17 can travel alone.
4. The original identification documents of the child must be presented.
5. An infant (under two years old) must be registered on the passenger lists and will be given a free ticket but no seat.
